LaunchForge website guide

How much does a small business website cost?

Compare the work included in a quote, not just the first number. A simple contact website and a website with follow-up automation solve different problems.

Start with the job your website needs to do

If customers mainly need to confirm your services and contact you, a one-page site may be enough. If you have several services, need stronger lead capture, or want automatic follow-up, ask for a scope that covers those needs. Write down your must-haves before choosing a package.

LaunchForge’s current one-time packages

Starter is $199: a one-page website, mobile-friendly design, and a contact form. Growth is $399: a multi-section website, a plan for your Google Business presence, and organized lead delivery. Automation is $799: Growth plus an automatic response and follow-up workflow and a booking system plan. A booking plan is not the same as a subscription to a third-party booking service.

Ask about ongoing costs

Domain registration, hosting, email, booking software, and other subscriptions can create recurring costs. Ask which are included, who pays them, and who owns the accounts. LaunchForge Care is an optional $99 monthly plan for routine updates, lead-system monitoring, and reporting. Confirm the exact scope of updates before purchasing.

Get the scope in writing

Ask how many pages and revisions are included, who supplies photos and text, what happens when you request more work, and how ownership and access are handed over. Ask for a launch timeline based on your actual brief; do not assume a generic deadline.

Choose with a preview

LaunchForge offers a free homepage concept before you commit. Supply your business name, services, service area, and desired next step. The concept helps you assess the direction; it is not the finished website.
